TAS Renters Help is a 24/7 phone service for renters in Tasmania who want clarity around tenancy issues – whether something has happened, or they’re worried about what may happen.
Renting questions don’t always come from emergencies. Sometimes you’re considering a change – getting a pet, ending a lease early, asking for repairs, or responding to a notice – and you want to understand what that might involve.
Other times, something has already happened and you’re left unsure how to interpret a message, a timeframe, or what usually applies in situations like yours.
This service exists to give renters a space to talk things through and make sense of what’s going on, without pressure or judgement.
